Angela Woodrow comes to Beyond Point B with over 19 years experience in adaptation and relocation. She enthusiastically believes in exploring possibilities to develop the optimum opportunity.

Her passion for performance in all aspects of life is founded in an educational performing arts background. An alumni of London Central School of Speech and Drama, she developed an environment of synergistic learning for both American and British educators. She has coordinated and facilitated award winning creative problem solving educational programs for Department of Defense Schools while living in the United Kingdom and Germany.

To achieve maximum benefits of any opportunity, Angie regards the integration of professional & personal leadership development in the working environment as essential.
She is dedicated to helping educational, non-profit, for- profit, and public entities to meet and exceed their organizational expectations.

Philip Cohen, MCC
Performance Development

Philip Cohen, Master Certified Coach, has a passion for working with business owners and senior executives. His expertise is in looking at situations from a variety of perspectives. His clients often have more options to choose from and can make better choices about actions to take. Philip works in partnership with clients, rather than just giving them answers creating customized solutions that fit the client. Once a course of action is decided on, Philip assists by helping his client stay focused and adjust course of necessary. Actions are important, but results are what counts.

Philip's background and training is uniquely suited to being a coach. He was a CPA and consultant for over 20 years. He worked with hundreds of companies in all phases of growth, from start up, through operations, to exit. As a CPA, he learned about systems and process. As a consultant, he worked with clients on managing and growing their companies. In addition to working with clients, he was managing partner of his accounting firm. This is where he learned the realities of running his own business, not just looking at other people's companies from the outside. To build on his strong business background, he pursed an extensive coach training program. This is where he enhanced his communication skills and leaned additional coaching skills. He has been coaching full time since 1994 and been on the faculty of Coach U (the largest coach training school in the world) since 1995. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the International Coach Federation and is currently their Treasurer.

Jim Phelps-Communication

For nearly 25 years Jim Phelps has provided communications organizational development consulting services to private, public, and independent sector organizations. Jim founded JamesVirgil Copywriting and Creative Services in 2005, providing a full continuum of long-copy, marcom, web, and advertising copy to clients across the country.

Besides providing communications services to organizations of various size, Jim’s private sector background includes serving as Editorial Manager for Travelhost Magazine (National) in Dallas and Production Director for Cable Advertising Systems in Austin, TX. His background in the nonprofit sector includes being executive director for two chambers of commerce, executive director for an economic development corporation, and development director for a medical/mental health services provider. Over the past two years his grant proposals have garnered over $2 million in funding, while his direct mail campaigns consistently yield 7-10% returns.

In addition to producing high-level writing and communications projects for all sectors, Jim also provides executive-level consulting to nonprofits. Areas of interest include fund development, executive coaching and training, mergers, organizational development, and marketing/communications strategies.
